Kinda weirded out by how many people are jumping onto Threads. My top criterion for a microblogging site is that I can control what I see, and apparently Threads doesn't let you do that. Like going from Apple Music back to broadcast radio with ads. And with FB-style terms of use to boot. What is the urgency to participate in that?
