"I’m not going to argue that the German Market isn’t shit...There are crowds of people with no idea how to act or move in crowds. There’s the eye-damage from stray umbrella spokes. And there’s overpriced tat and foul tasting sweets sold from the same five or six stalls repeated over and over again. Over and over again like a twisted parody of the shops in your pisshole suburb’s high street." http://paradisecircus.com/2022/11/30/birmingham-its-not-shit-reason-no-9-the-german-market-yes-the-german-market-hear-me-out/

By way of #introduction (although most people following me will know me from ‘the other side’), here’s a bit about me.

Very early adopter of Twitter where I wrote and directed what was I think the first social media pantomime. Also loved to build bots that did things like ‘simulating’ going round and round on Birmingham’s Number 11 bus.

I’ve written a couple of books (see http://jonbounds.co.uk) and dabble in journalism. I’m on http://www.BTLpodcast.com and edit http://www.paradisecircus.com

You know what would be a good Bush Tucker trial? Ant and Dec lift up a silvered cloche and underneath it are some consequences. And the reputation-laundry contingent have to eat those consequences. All up. Yum yum. And their lives become different. Because of consequences.
