Construction permit granted for molten salt research reactor

<p>The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission has issued a licence to Abilene Christian University for the construction of a molten salt research reactor on its campus in Abilene, Texas. This marks the first construction permit for a liquid-fueled advanced reactor and only the second for any advanced reactor issued by the NRC.</p>

@bikenut I live in Texas, is see more and more people do there errands, what ever without shutting off their vehicles. The grocery stores will bring things to you, but even when they go in the store, they leave the car/truck running in the parking lot. If course vehicles tend to be anywhere from 3000 to 6000 lbs.
