Anyone know how long to cook those boil in the bag fish you get from the funfair?

Today is a very sad day. After seven years of medical training & hard work, a good friend of mine has been fired for one minor indiscretion & lost his job. He had a brief sexual relationship with one of his patients and by doing so he can now no longer work in his profession.
What a waste of time, effort, training & money! He was such a genuinely nice guy and a brilliant veterinarian.
