The #EU #lawless? Sounds strange and hard to believe, but for a certain population, this is reality. A clear contradiction to our proclaimed #values.

The following paper shared by @verfassungsblog (thanks!) paints a dark picture of how the #EU structurally withholds legal rights from non-citizens, without legal remedy.
The paper calls this #passport #apartheit. Really worth a closer look, although you'd choose a time when you have energy to digest.
