NYC Community PhotowalkOur next photo walk (№20) is in the East Village! We'll meet this Sunday, May 28 at 3pm in Tompkins Square Park. We’ll be exploring the gritty, lively streets of this corridor of Lower Manhattan, filled with an abundance of gardens, old-school bars and street art. Afterwards, we’ll convene at a bar for food, drinks and mingling.

#ReadAs v0.2 is now available!
This version is basically good enough to host yourself, i.e. I don't think there will be any major changes in the near future that you'll have to work around. And if you do try self-hosting, I'd love to hear what the experience was like.

Soon you'll be able to create an account on the Read.as instance, and follow platforms like #Plume and #WriteAs that federate long-form articles — for now it just needs to be run locally.
