This is a neat concept.
However, I must be "that guy." Clostridioides difficile (and its former genus Clostridium) are Gram positive anaerobes.
From my brief read about lolamicin, it seems to work by specifically sparing Gram positives and some normal gut flora, thereby preventing overgrowth and infection by C. diff.
Let's see how the clinical effectiveness pans out...!
