it's 2024 and I haven't figure out a way to sync photos (individually and in bulk) from my #android phone to my desktop #ubuntu computer (ideally, wirelessly) (willing to pay! currently using dropbox but it's sometimes clunky, and would like to save $13/month, lol.

@wills if you have a home server, immich seems to be the thing recommended by everyone. Might be a bit more powerful than you need though

@wills +1 for #syncthing works over lan too, so works with wifi.
