@Marsh Loved the ‘ear’ episode. Quantum Leap …
@Marsh I wrote a factorial program in Visual Basic 3 on NT4 and the latest episode caused my deep and disturbing flashbacks. Fantastic ep! We need more #FoodTalk, although not #BeefTalk … more #BiscuitTalk.
@Marsh Love me some Colin!!!! A reunion (kinda)!!!!
@Marsh I was very surprised and had the same reaction as you during the last Be Reasonable when she answered your question with “Dunno.” It almost seemed to incentivise you to talk her out of the frequency woo. Also, as soon as the placebo effect was mentioned, there was a disturbance in the force as somewhere, somehow Mike felt a chill down his spine.

@Marsh

‘Toxic Teeth Meridians’ is the name of my ska band.

I Be Reasonables but they are always difficult to listen to. The only thing that got me through the first recent one was the germ theory-denier’s ASMR voice, although if you’d give him another twenty minutes he would have reached the Zionist conspiracy. The second one became the skeptical drinking game - homeopathy, meridians, toxins, acupuncture, anti-vaxx, some poor woman with a disabled child who gets radicalised.

@Marsh

“3000 anecdotes with controls in place and you’ve got yourself some data, my friend.”
“And we’re having a dick-off.”

Nice to have you back. Also with Be Reasonable! I constantly think that podcast is dead and then it revives, Frankenstein-like. Mike missed your distinction between the monster and the doctor.

The fun never stops.
Run.

230 needs to go.
