Is it just me that feels #JetBrains tools have become worse the last year?

Keep having to force kill #IntelliJ and #WebStorm loses track of undefined types are just the latest issues.

4 years ago I never had to invalidate caches and restart the IDE's even once a month. Is this what the blessed AI era have gotten us? Bugridden and low quality software?
