I didn't expect to see a White-crowned Sparrow at Girdle Ness today, but here we are. Found by Raymond Duncan at Torry Battery at 9am but only IDed later. I refound it by the allotments just after 3pm. Something like the 12th British record?

At around this time of year, we sometimes get visited by the south Aberdeen pair of Ravens. This morning, their talkative calls drew my attention as they glided over Tullos Hill.
