@annatarkov yes that's one of the things that makes depression hard. There isn't a one-size-fits-all treatment. Doing your best and handling all that you do makes you a superhero tho!

@annatarkov yes, we try to make big deals over the 'small' victories because no victories are really small. And dealing with depression presents an entirely different set of struggles. Not to get all in your business but are you getting help with that? Feel free to tell me to mind my own haha
