Remember, Southwest took $3.7B in federal aid from 2020-21.
It’s CEO got a pay raise to a $9.1M package in 2022.
Yet Southwest employees are working 16 hour shifts & threatened w/termination if they refuse overtime or call in sick.
Socialism for the wealthy. Capitalism for workers.
Stop trusting billionaires. Start holding them accountable. And start protecting workers.

✅ Boost your fave posts, don’t just ‘like’ - esp. important for people on small instances, like me, who can’t just look at follow lists to get recommendations (only people also on your server show up)
mtswIt's pretty remarkable how much Elon's Twitter takeover is a textbook fascist takeover: leftists immediately purged, censorship regime imposed behind the scenes, secret police rooting out enemies, right wing terrorism supported by the state, etc and how uncannily similar the mainstream liberal response of pretending nothing is wrong is, even with *very low* costs of walking out the door and refusing to collaborate.

Now he talks about software. I happen to know a lot about software & Elon Musk is saying the stupidest shit I've ever heard anyone say, so when people say he's a genius I figure I should stay the hell away from his cars and rockets.

Notice how North and South America trade places in the Sun! Our planet has an axial tilt of 23.4 degrees, which gives each hemisphere a turn in more direct sunlight during the year.
The images were taken by NASA's EPIC camera aboard the NOAA DSCOVR spacecraft located nearly 1 million miles away.
