@flargh although not diabetic, I wore a CGM for 2 weeks through Lingo. As well as learning about which foods are worst for spiking blood glucose, plus the massive benefits of walking the dog straight after meals, the main takeaway is that driving consistently raises my blood glucose.
Similarly, I put this down to subconscious stress. I didn't find work had similar effects, although I believe if I tried it again today (stress levels at work are much higher) the readings might show otherwise.

Having finally tried Apple Vision Pro in person, I can't fathom why Apple aren't getting developers together around it, in-person.
Whilst the news about Big Nerd Ranch winding down is sad, it is lovely to see so many posts in my timeline from people who, like me, learnt from them and from people who taught or wrote books for them. Nobody has had a bad word to say, they are all just lovely tributes to a company that made a huge difference to an awful lot of us.
What an amazing legacy to leave.
