The obsidian plugin for graphviz diagrams has me writing graphs in DOT by hand and actually I can not think of a better, faster way to do this

Hmm I should fix the bug in the scrolltext ribbons / greets part of my demo "Primitive." Do people ever do that? Go back and fix bugs in their artwork they made like 10 years ago?

I just dug up a windows installer for a program released in 2005, and it just works.

So I mean, in comparison mac software from back then is for PowerPC which, um, will not run on current macs.

I am not sure why we have to reinvent the programming wheel every time we switch platforms or products or whatever.

But we do, so having strong fundamentals still pays off. (Which is good because fundamentals is all I got.)

That is, if the storage container snapping doesn't kill me first
