It's remarkable how #Twitter has just been turned into the equivalent of parler or truth social now.
And yet so many seem married to the sinking ship? I feel like most people are numb to it happening around them, and I don't know why so many people--especially #leftist folks--seem so opposed to the Fediverse.
Never in my life have I heard such an explicitly sand purposefully stupid opinion about #transit. They've learned they can't say the (racist) quiet part out loud so here they are pretending not to see reality. Even aside from urban areas like Marrietta, Cobb is already urbanized. They're the ones who urbanized it!!! They built an entire urban development around the new Braves stadium. Just an unreal opinion to express.

Got the replacement screen for my #thinkpad #T440p (highly recommend laptopscreen.com, first screen showed a dead pixel in the return window and they exchanged it no questions asked) and threw in a dual band 7260 wifi card while I was at it.
Boy, if I thought the FHD screen was a big upgrade, so is the wifi card! The difference is night and day! 10x faster download speeds!!! And it cost all of $5.
No better machine for #archlinux and #kde.
