I hate #running intervals. It's like being bipolar: 4 minutes where I think I can't take it anymore and I'm going to die, followed by 4 minutes where I doubt myself for not pushing it enough since I'm clearly still breathing. Repeat multiple times. Contrary to bipolar disorder, intervals are quite useful ... still hate them tho
