I work with Free and Open Source software, implementing it to solve business problems, it is great and I want people to choose it because it gives them freedom. This is why #Mastodon and the #fediverse are being chosen en mass by communities such as #MastDaoine and others
The free software freedoms are:

This feels like Software Freedom is becoming a mainstream concept - Free/Open Source software has been used widely for many years, as a convenience, but this is a movement out of principal.
