My first collaboration on this pipeline, and we made a release.
Lots of tests and PRs involved.
We moved the whole untar logic into the bcl2fastq and bclconvert processes, which will be better IO-wise in the cloud.
And we added some full size tests data. https://twitter.com/nf_core/status/1650764183187644416

Integrated transcriptome landscape of ALS identifies genome instability linked to TDP-43 pathology - Nature Communications

The causes of ALS remain unclear with many proposed pathomechanisms. Here, the authors integrate iPSC-derived motor neuron and post-mortem datasets and identify a heightened DNA damage response accompanied by accumulation of somatic mutations in ALS.

Pistoia Alliance Annual Spring Conference - Pistoia Alliance

Collaborate to Innovate is the driving theme of the Pistoia Alliance Annual Spring Conference taking place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel St Paul's London. Through a mixture of plenary presentations, panel discussions, breakout groups, poster presentations and networking activities, the conference will examine the challenges and opportunities for precompetitive collaboration across the biopharma value chain. The conference will also review the status of current and proposed Pistoia Alliance projects that aim to lower barriers to innovation in life science R&D.
