The plan is to continue with slow running to see how much better it can get while increasing the intensity of intervals. I'm sneaking in some strength sessions in between.

Update after 2 months purposefully training slow running.

⏱️ Faster pace: 1 min & 20 secs faster per kilometer
❀️ Heart rate: 129 bpm between Z1 & Z2
πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Introduced intervals (3 min @ 4:00 / 3 min @ 7:30)
πŸ“ Relative effort down from 45 β†’ 16

Attaching first VS last run for comparison.

It only took me two months of practice, but I've finally found peace in running at a slower pace. Shifting my focus from speed to maintaining a steady heart rate πŸ˜‚

When asked to justify the value of Design with numbers, don't forget to capture and bring up all those initiatives where Design removed ambiguity and helped generate a vision that was lacking in the first place.

We have a superpower that sometimes is hard to articulate, but that doesn't make it less impactful and needed.

There's no Product without Product Design.
