Update after 2 months purposefully training slow running.

⏱️ Faster pace: 1 min & 20 secs faster per kilometer
❤️ Heart rate: 129 bpm between Z1 & Z2
🏃‍♂️ Introduced intervals (3 min @ 4:00 / 3 min @ 7:30)
📝 Relative effort down from 45 → 16

It only took me two months of practice, but I've finally found peace in running at a slower pace. Shifting my focus from speed to maintaining a steady heart rate 😂

The plan is to continue with slow running to see how much better it can get while increasing the intensity of intervals. I'm sneaking in some strength sessions in between.
@adrianmg how many sessions/mileage a week?
When I did Triathlon training, I normally did 3 running sessions a week. 1 z2, 1 interval and 1 tempo/threshold.
