Instead of a "focus on China", the MAGA platform means a surrender of #Ukraine to #Russia and of #Taiwan to #China, both of which encourage more aggression and conquest down the road.
Cutting off support for Ukraine will encourage China to invade Taiwan, as well as preparing future Russian attacks on Baltic countries and Poland.
A #TrumpVance victory in November would really be a huge Xi/Putin victory and a recipe for more instability and war worldwide. They must be stopped.

Putin said, the attackers were caught. Then they released a video.
Putin said, they were related to Ukraine. In the video they speak Tajik and say “Allahu Akbar”, and ISIS has claimed responsibility.

kravietz 🦇Occupational authorities of #Mariupol announced that anyone who doesn’t apply for #Russia citizenship will be forcibly expelled from their own apartments and deported from the town. Russians claim these people - who lived in Mariupol all their lives - are now “foreigners” and introduced numerous laws that make their lives unbearable:
- pensions, healthcare and social benefits are blocked;
- employment in blocked (Russians introduced “foreigner employee quotas” targeted at Ukrainians)
- anyone critical of occupation or not showing sufficient enthusiasm of Russia has been deported with their families already
#Ukraine authorities do not penalize acceptance of Russian citizenship on the occupied territories if it’s done under duress and in order to survive the occupation, but many people still refuse to apply for it because they feel it’s equivalent of recognising the occupation.
Please keep that in mind next time you hear “east of Ukraine is mostly Russians anyway” - it didn’t happen on its own, but as result of planned depopulation efforts by Imperial Russia and USSR. And now we’re watching it live.

The problem is, you (and the West in general) misread Putin and russians completely. There has never been and never will be a risk of globe-wide nuclear war with russia, purely based on a fact that all their elites are essentially deeply embedded into the western societies - their spouses, children, laundered money - everything. And there is no existential threat to russia to justify any reasonable use of nukes - they are the ones attacking. This is pure bluff.

Yesterday, Special Counsel Robert Hur, appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland in January 2023 to investigate President Joe Biden’s handling of classified documents before he was president, released his report. It begins: “We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter. We would reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president.” The Department of Justice closed a similar case against former Vice President Mike Pence on June 1, 2023, days before Pence announced his presidential bid, with a brief, one-page letter.
