@nixCraft learnt C++ on one of the turbo C++ IDEs in school. It was a really fun time, though it's painful to remember that not having an END button on your keyboard could wipe out the entire progress you have made on your project if you forget to save it before running and the program gets stuck in an infinite loop. I started to love to code so much that I topped my class at that time. Thanks for the nostalgia.
