Why is every project which decided to rewrite in Rust so much more bugged now?

- A lot more Cloudflare outages recently
- Windows is a mess
- Linux gives me an "Oopsie" screen a lot more often (it never did that before)
- don't even get me started on command utils or backends of services I use

And people still claim that everything rewritten in Rust is so much better.
