Looking at the MN House Transport bill. Seems e-bike rebates will start July 1, 2024. For low income (25k single, 50k joint AGI) rebate covers 75% of cost of bike and accessories. Max rebate value is $1500. Rebate goes down by 1% for every 4k of extra income until 50%. The program will be given $2 million in 2024 and 2025. To get rebate, individuals fill out form prior to purchase. After receiving it, take it to authorized dealer to use.
