The Lair of the CyberVillains

Quite some time passed since my last #introduction in 2018, so...

I started with computers end of the 80ies, got attached to #Unix and #programming mid of the 90ies. Since then a Unix like OS is my daily driver.

Linux in the beginning, got attached to #BSD with #OpenBSD 2.5 and had a period as #DragonFlyBSD committer. These days, I'm running OpenBSD.

Working in #InfoSec for >15y, heading a sec department at a large German hoster.

Personally, I run, hike and take care of my garden.

Wow, after 25 years of Unix experience, I learned that you can filter output in #less.

Press ampersand (&) and enter a regex to show only lines matching the regex.

Press ampersand (&) and then exclamation mark (!) to apply an inverse filter.

I wrote all my experience with getting #OpenBSD running on the #PineBook Pro down. Feel free to comment, help out, etc

So my ed(1) workshop for the #GPN18 has been approved!

One hour introduction to basic and advanced classic Unix editing!
