Nur mal so am Rande; Wenn #Krankengeld bedeutet im Allgemeinen 70%,... das heißt, verdient jemand im Monat 1600 Euro bekommt er auf den Monat gerechnet nicht 1600 Euro aufs Konto sondern 1120 Euro. Beim ersten Tag wären das ~100 Euro.

It’s not “people don’t like change”.
It’s more they don’t like “unilateral, unexpected, unannounced, unconsented, unplanned & imposed” interruption to carefully constructed, self-curated process/workflow from experimental “trail & error” feedback that finally works for them. It’s unwanted personal productivity “car crash w/o seat belt” spending money on tool “supposed” to enable & enhance their “personal productivity”.
