first drink cold water as often as you can
even if you are not thirsty. second do not cook anything eat only stuff like fruits veggies sandwiches if you cook your home could get hotter... and finally a washcloth or towel soaked in cold water draped across your shoulders works wonders yesterday's high here was 102F and right now it is 94 F
