Starting the new year with my new family at Aqua Survey, Inc. As a person who loves sensors, there are plenty used here for geophysical and hydrographic surveys. Thereās also core sampling and ecotoxicology. I canāt think of a better way to tie together my operational oceanography and environmental knowledge. Looking forward to supporting the New Blue Economy and the healing of our inner coastal waters.

Day 2 : I took a break during the conference to do an educational shrimp boat tour with Biloxi Shrimping Trip. Most of the shrimp in the US come from this area. Thereās also squid, catfish, anchovies, and other cool finds.
