This may be controversial but I kind of hope #dungeonsanddragons does another 4E with this OGL thing and takes away some of its popularity.

I got into RPGs in 2011/12 and because D&D wasn’t popular the groups I went to played interesting and different games. It was a great time to be a GM.

Ever since 5E every group has gone back to “we only play D&D and nothing else”. It’s kind of depressing. I feel RPGs are actually better when D&D isn’t popular

I feel I’ve gotten the #Poetry bug. Every new idea I have seems to be for a poem.

It seems the natural #Writing format for me. It’s a way to get my feelings and thoughts out in a nice way, without having to come up with characters and drama and arcs for it. I can just talk about the thing itself (in nicer language of course)

But it does feel like the audience for poetry is even less than novels…so that feels a bit heartbreaking.

I was all raring to go with my #Writing this week. I had started on the first scene and now I’ve been struck down by an illness and my brain can’t really focus that much.

I guess it happens but I was truly feeling a bit more of a passionate energy with it, so it’s a bit of a shame that’s been broken.

Just submitted my #ShortStory to a magazine. It’s actually the first time I’ve sent my #Writing to a magazine. Quite nervous but also excited I’ve gone on this step.

I also have realised I want to write more short stories over the Christmas period, especially stuff that captures some of my favourite sci fi tv shows like #StarTrek

Maybe they to could be submitted to magazines…

Hey #WritingCommunity has anyone uploaded videos of short stories on #Youtube and had success?

I ask because I sometimes follow how to be a YouTuber content and one of the suggestions was short stories. But I was wondering how that works and how you do well in search.

One thing I’ve come to realise about the internet is that it favours non fiction content because that’s easier to SEO and that.

But I’d love it if i could use my #Writing ability in different formats.

Finished #Writing my #Fantasy outline. But because Christmas is quite soon I’ve decided to write some short stories and try to get them in publications.

Surprisingly I felt anxious and felt my writing was bad suddenly.

But in a weird way I think this is a good thing. I’m pushing myself and that means I’m uncomfortable. Too much I feel eh about writing which I don’t think is good in the long run.
