#FountainPen #penfount So… I broke my wrist a couple days ago and will be in a cast for the next several weeks (right arm… of course 🙄). This is going to severely curtail my fountain pen usage, or any other writing. What do you think I should focus on developing? Writing with my busted up dominant right hand in the cast, or my left hand, which I have never had to use for writing?
My most recent acquisition is a Lamy 2000 with fine nib that I have been using as much as possible and still trying to decide if I actually like it as much as people rave about the model. It feels good in my hand but I just find it a bit too finicky and difficult to make it write well consistently.
Hi all. I joined last night, having been on Reddit for several months. I dove hard into the fountain pen hobby around a year and a half ago and bought way too many pens and inks in a short time, many of which are not being used. My favourite pen that I’ve discovered is a Diplomat Excellence with medium nib and I use it a lot, filled with Iroshizuku Tsuki-Yo. I also regularly use my Visconti Rembrandt that writes very well, contrary to some people’s experiences. Then there’s the Lamy 2000….
#FountainPens New here. Trying to figure things out.
