@penfount The #gouletpens YouTube videos were a huge help to me when I got my first fountain pen. Somewhat unfortunately, their pen review videos (and later others’) sent me into a bit of a pen ink buying spree and I now have way more pens than I need and spent more money than I should have. 🙄

@vwbusguy Do you use a cartridge or converter in the Kaweco? I got a Kaweco AL Sport and planned to use it as a pocket pen. Unfortunately, twice the converter came loose from the feed while I was carrying it and leaked ink into the barrel. I stopped carrying it after the second time.

#FountainPen #penfount So… I broke my wrist a couple days ago and will be in a cast for the next several weeks (right arm… of course 🙄). This is going to severely curtail my fountain pen usage, or any other writing. What do you think I should focus on developing? Writing with my busted up dominant right hand in the cast, or my left hand, which I have never had to use for writing?

@schoeters @alexcleac Done. I inked up my Faber-Castell Hexo tonight with Diamine Ancient Copper. I’ll start looking for situations to use it tomorrow.
