Here is the link to the survey I have been discussing in previous posts. Not my research, it's from Alina Wojciechowska who is a student at the University of Stirling.
I'm sharing it here because I found it so interesting and thought others in the #believeinfilm #filmisnotdead community might also like to see it.
I am reposting it here on a public post so other interested people can also share it if they wish.
Every couple of months I spend an enjoyable morning helping a local charity shop in #Oxford sort out their box of 'Cameras and photographic stuff'.
I test it all for basic operation, clean things up, paying careful attention to lenses, add labels and notes, and price them up for display.
I am told they are usually all sold within a weekand I always hope the working film cameras will be used.

Global Academy DO researchers want a place to talk with each other, and perhaps this would be a good one?
Moving slowly until we understand how much support and engagement to expect.
Academics and researchers love Twitter – or they used to. We’ve used Twitter very successfully for The Global Academy so we are sad, but not surprised, to see it falling out of favour.
No point moping.
Mastodon might be our next option. It’s worrying/sad to see how little #SDGs information is shared here and our research community is well placed to improve this.

Our work is part of a larger structure, and we are working towards globally agreed goals, so the Global Academy team are building on solid foundations. We're making the research that will help us achieve the Global Goals accessible to the people who can use it.
No other takers for my #1930sCameraChallenge.
Quick inventory suggests I could also try for #1960s, #1980s , #1920s or #1890s and a couple of others.
Would anyone else join in?
#1990sCameraChallenge is the only one I'm truly missing.
