I need to use this account more.

I play video games as if people are watching, usually Splatoon gameplay on Twitch or seemingly random things posted on YouTube.

I used to speedrun before life decided to get in the way of that. Oh well, maybe in the future I can go back to that.

@outofprintarchive Admittedly I find it funny that the first character displayed with the slop filter on is the character that CAPCOM recommends that you play first person mode in.

I yanked the "slop filter" joke from somewhere else, but the point stands.

I don't know why it was delayed but I got my preorder of #ResidentEvilRequiem in today. I forgot I preordered the deluxe edition, but I did get the Switch 2 version.

Yesterday, I tried to pick up a game I preordered but due to a shipping and/or production issue the game wasn't in yet, so I ended up picking up two #N64 games they had for some reason. One quick-ish cleanup of the connectors inside the cartridge and they work just fine. Too bad the controller I used might be a tad wonky.

Also, they're finally nerfing the Reefslider! Well, a nerf to distance and inked radius with a couple of seemingly smaller buffs, but a nerf either way.

Well, the patch notes for #Splatoon3 version 11.0.0 are out. I kept expectations and hopes in check to avoid getting overhyped/disappointed, but this will be interesting to see here in two days.

I'm typically not one to comment about any other person's videos on Mastodon for several reasons, typically because I figure that my thoughts are best kept in my head. Additionally, I'm not one to post links to other people's videos (and that one won't change). However, upon watching a video titled "The PokéWalker Experience" I did a two-minute dig for mine.

I never did use it... and sadly it might sit in a case continuously unused. From what I saw in the video... well, I regret never using it but at the same time I doubt that I could have used it to its max potential at the time.
