Day 5 of my journey to earning my #blackbelt. Today was Week 1, Run 2. It was 20 minutes of running for 1 min, and walking for 1:30 minutes.
Today I improved my pace from the last run!
Just over two years ago I set the goal to earn my first #blackbelt. As part of this process, the goal of running a 5K in under 35 min has been set for me! I hate running and this will be, by far, the biggest challenge I face to earn my belt.
Today was week 1, run 1 of a couch to 5K program. Its not enough to make the goal... yet, but with consistent work, I will get there.
I re-did a thing today! My certification was due for renewal in March but I had some time today to knock out the exam.

As someone who loves/appreciates the art of Magic cards I may be the odd one out here, but I love token cards. I know they have a very special purpose in the game, but sometimes the token cards are really well done!
I love extended art cards, and this one is certainly a cool one! This card feels like it would be good in a commander deck...If played in normal magic, you would really need to monitor player health before laying it.
Interesting card here. Basically, sacrifice a creature to gain 4 life. Use one of your weakest creatures for the sacrifice. Could be nice to have in a bind.
