if you're linux curious, i would test your actual pc with a live USB so you can check all your hardware works
but this is great for seeing what various distros' desktops feel like
(it's an instant VM over VNC to your browser)

It's not GNOME, it's not KDE, it's not the new Vanilla OS DE, it's new, uses <100M of memory, is accessible (for real) and uses GTK4 (but not libadwaita).
Which brings me to part two, MeshMarauder.
An open source tool demonstrating proof-of-concept exploits against the DEFCON 33 Meshtastic firmware.
MeshMarauder will demostrate:
- Tracking user activity on any mesh regardless of encryption usage
- Hijack all meshtastic user profile metadata
- Change any users public key
- Send messages as any user in channel chats that appear authentic
- MITM direct messages
I made a (sort of) "Tinder for Git" site to help developers find 'good first issues' in open-source projects. It's early days, but it could be helpful.
We're finally addressing a behavior that has been driving some of us crazy with how floating windows transition from/to the overview on GNOME Shell

Looking for testers for a new Mastodon TUI.
tooi is a re-implementation of the TUI included with toot, using a more modern framework which is easier to work with. It supports most features `toot tui` does, and some new ones too.
tooi is set to replace `toot tui` which has proven to be troublesome to support and extend.
