Rose Puckey 🏴🏳️🌈Dear fedi folk. A lovely friend here is having problems with an abusive neighbour who verbally threatens her regularly. She wants to find out details of the landlord who owns the house in Chatham, Kent (UK) but we are both drawing blanks being asked for payment at every step of the way, without any guarantee of information. She has tried the land registry without luck. Do any of you lovely lot know how to track landlords down? Can it be done free? Surely they need to be contactable. Well at least in an ideal society.
