You don't have to get your body measured to get started with strength training🙅‍♀️.

This is unfortunately still a memorable part of most people's first experiences with the gym.

You're going to have a bad time if you join planet fitness thinking it's just like every other gym.

A few things that make it different:

1. It doesn't have loadable barbells
2. You won't find a squat rack
3. It's a BIG open box

You can still get a super effective #workout in, if you know what you're doing.
