For the record, anyone who uses any street drug whatsoever is at risk of overdose. Fentanyl and any of its analogues are cheap and readily available, making it an easy cutting agent/additive to any street drug.

In the past 5 years I have tested literally every type of street drug in Atlanta and found fentanyl present in everything, at least 80% of the time. So even if you don't use opioids, you need #Narcan
