It’s not a prank. It’s not vandalism.
They took nothing however they damaged substations, leaving 14,000 without power.
It isn’t burglary.
That it was occurred in rural areas? Test run.
We are living through a time when extremist RW groups are planning, preparing and practicing.
This is domestic terrorism.
