Today's braincare session will be the first session since my autism diagnosis. It's no surprise (she already reckoned I was, but this was a diagnosis via all those stupid tests). Next step: ADHD.

By the time I wanted that official diagnosis I had figured I was autistic, but when I look back at how I have perceived myself and others over the years, it was in fact quite a long walk.

I had a rubbish night, but in a different way to usual. Something about possibly being asleep but being acutely aware of time dragging. And dreaming that I smelled like I hadn't showered in a week but had to be around people.

Plus the usual stuff about not being able to find a toilet, so at least there was that to hold on to.
