Bei der Intensität der Tat ist absolut nicht davon auszugehen, dass keine deutliche Beweislage vorliegen wird.
Das wird ein ganz klares Urteil.
Es gibt keinen Grund, vorzuverurteilen. Man kann Fernandez ernst nehmen ohne sofort mit der Mistgabel loszuziehen.
Der Fall Amber Heard zeigt doch eindrücklich, warum unkritische Vorverurteilung sehr, sehr unmoralisch ist. Gesellschaftliche Ächtung ist nicht banal.
Hm. Erst hatte ich gelikt, es dann aber nach lesen des verlinkten Beitrags wieder rückgängig gemacht. Der Tenor: "Heftige gesellschaftliche Verurteilung und Rufmord sind OK; die Unschuldsvermutung ist nur vor Gericht wichtig".
Nein.
In einem Fall wie Trump&Kumpanen ist die Gewaltentrennung komplett ausgehebelt. Der Täter beherrscht Gerichte UND Strafverfolgung! Selbstverständlich ist der Diktator schuldig.
Da der Täter ein faires Verfahren verhindert, ist es legitim, ihn so zu nennen.

The next step may well be further consideration of other reforms, but we can also expect a lot of blackmail-like lobbying from AI firms claiming they will withdraw from the UK if their casual theft of content is halted... many might say: good riddance!
