Our daughter’s name is India Delilah O’Hanlon. An Australian-American by birth, she has lived and worked in San Diego for the past two years. She is 25 years old. Eleven days ago, she disappeared, leaving behind her clothes, make-up, computer, and even her social security card and credit cards. We were probably the last to see her, on 16 January, via a video call. She distracted, high, agitated by the arrival of an unseen male.

Not quite sure i'll forget the day my IT told me that password managers are not allowed because they risk centralized exposure.

The request was asking why one of the most commonly used local-only-no-cloud pw managers was blocked by policy.

I won't even share their official recommendation, but I'll just say it was barely better than a sticky note on a keyboard.
