This 90-year-old weeping cherry, a symbol of the temple, blooms from late March for about two weeks. Peonies follow after the blossoms fade. One of Kyoto’s most beloved cherry trees.

Apparently this requires restating:
We should not want a European Palantir.
We should not want an open-source Palantir.
We should not want a non-commercial Palantir.

If it is supposed to do what Palantir does, we should not want it.

And I don't care to what extent Palantir's products are shaped by political or profit motives. We know enough to reject its logic altogether.

Tach! Bin neu hier und noch einsam. Aber kann ja werden. Bin nebenberuflich Stricktante und designe und verkaufe Anleitungen. Die sind inklusiv, viele Größen und so. Wenn ich die Bilder zeige, ist es Werbung, weil ich die Anleitungen ja verkaufe. Und ich verdiene damit fast nix. Also muss ich mehr Bilder zeigen und Werbung machen.
