Oh, and if you use hashtags, try to format them using #CamelCase. It's my understanding that screen reading software for blind users works better if you capitalise each word in the hashtag.

It can be difficult to do this when using the website, as the hashtag autocomplete will fight you every goddamned step of the way, but it's worth doing.
