Elon Musk and DOGE efforts to close USAID unconstitutional, agency systems must be restored, judge rules.
(And the ruling singled out Musk as wielding powers reserved to those who are elected or confirmed by Congress, of which he is neither.)
A federal judge ordered the government to reinstate USAID systems, ruling that the shutdown of the agency led by Elon Musk and DOGE "likely violated the United States Constitution in multiple ways."
A TON of these impersonators have been going to jail but I know this of little comfort to immigrants who are living this reality right now.
There have been an insanely large number of much more confrontational ICE impersonators. Several fake ICE agents have pulled people over and have been armed with guns.
This is a real and serious threat to all minorities and immigrants in the US right now.

Elon broke into a shit ton of databases he should have zero clearance for because few people do.
