@JeniParsons Yeah, there's a little plywood frame feeder in that nuc that I'll try to shove some fondant into.

@JeniParsons I often leave one super on each anyway, but this year I made sure all the frames were full of capped honey.
Three's a nice, managable number! :) I meant to combine mine before autumn, but didn't get the chance to.
I've got one nuc that I'm a bit worried about as I don't have any supers for that particular nuc box model, but otherwise they all seemed fine going into winter. Who knows what it will look like in spring with the constantly changing weather we are having now though!

@nic I misread the beginning of that and thought you were about to share some cool quirk about Welsh grammar or a place name or something.
I've managed to make two people realise that perhaps it's not such a nice thing to do, but on the whole it's not worth the effort.
