Thanks for reposting @raulclima I learned that this particular spectroradiometer has a floor of 1 lux +/- 10% so all the data are unreliable at this low light level. I have a new, very sensitive illuminance meter on the way, and an SQM-L, so better data will be posted.
Electrochromic windows on the 787 are very cool, both literally and figuratively, and effective. The only downside I can see, so far, is their slow rate of response.
