The SRA now has a amateur radio testing team. If you know someone who wants to get licensed but is afraid of having to interact with bigots or transphobes in order to take the test, hit us up. We keep us safe.

We need more volunteers to revive the Pride Radio Group Net, the net I started some years ago. My goal was to have a different network controller every week to help spread the load around so it won't be so overwhelming on each network controller, but so far, we haven't had anyone who would do it consistently.

Due to mental health & other personal issues, I'm taking a break from net control duties until further notice. This decision is not an easy one, but I'm overwhelmed & I'm going through a lot right now. I am not retiring from net controlling, I just need a break from it for a while so I can focus on recovering from my situation. I am so sorry for being a huge letdown the past more than a few weeks... If you're part of the Pride Radio Group Discord & want to volunteer for net control, let me know.

@vk3xe @PrideRadioGroup PRG has been the most welcoming group of hams I have found by far. I'm in so many ham radio discords and PRG is the only one I feel like I actually belong in.
