I am undertaking research into attitudes towards and perceptions of contract cheating, within UK-based higher education.

Below is a link to an anonymous survey, which takes around 5-10 minutes to complete. The survey can be taken by #Students or #Teachers / #Lecturers / #Professors / #Tutors / #Instructors or anybody who has taught in some capacity at a UK-based higher educational facility. It does not matter if you reside in the UK, just that you taught / studied at a UK-based institution, no matter how long ago.

This research is for my #MBA #Dissertation and therefore all responses will be extremely helpful.

Chris and Mr Max are pleased to see Mars in the sky, finding the perfect location for an evening walk in a local park. We talk about colour, whether the red planet has little red plants on it, and compare it to nearby Aldebaran, the brightest star in the constellation of Taurus. Aldebaran also points us to the Hyades cluster, a nearby group of young stars. Enjoy your walk - and don't pee on the car! It's a cluster, and he gets it right eventually, but Mr Max has been given extra bacon as an apology.

I've recently been working closely with a client on their plagiarism module. Much focus was placed on the idea that plagiarism is the copying of "someone else's" work.

I'm curious as to how this will need to develop over time, to capture work which could have been generated through platforms such as ChatGPT.

I'm sure the ability to create a full essay is some way off, but do we need a thorough rethink of our current approach? Is it even possible to detect this type of academic misconduct?

Normalize Black people coming to this app being safe to speak their minds. What we bring up might abut internal discomfort and biases that you might hold. That is not the minoritized person’s responsibility, though, to educate you, coddle you, to do the work for you. It is your responsibility to not create yet another space where Black people are marginalized or silenced.
